Timing is a Temporary Work and Human Resources management company which is based in the Portuguese market, presenting a set of services that aim quick and productive response towards our partners necessities and demands.
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our new project in Portugal, Faro.
The ideal candidate:
·A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar
·Immediate or brief availability
·Takes initiative and manage priorities
·Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
·Sensitive to cultural diferences/working in an international environment
·Strong communication skills and fluent in English. (written and verbal) and basic communication skills in Portuguese (written and verbal)
·Knowledge of one of the following languages is an advantage:
German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
·A good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
·Live in Faro or within a comfortable commute distance
You will be based in our Faro office as part of the Human Resources team and you will work closely in a friendly, fresh and exciting working atmosphere.
